A story of innovation
Our journey began with a bold vision: to revolutionize scientific research through groundbreaking microfluidic technology and innovative biological models. When two innovators, Dr. Matteo Cornaglia (CEO and microsystems expert) and Dr. Laurent Mouchiroud (CSO and aging/ C. elegans expert), crossed paths, they saw an opportunity to transform the way we study model organisms. By combining their expertise, they set out to create an integrated solution to accelerate scientific discoveries while significantly reducing reliance on traditional animal testing.
Together, they pioneered the “Organism-on-Chip” technology—a field once deemed fantasy, but now a reality thanks to over a decade of relentless innovation by our team. Today, we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible, unlocking new potential in biological testing and advancing science with faster, more efficient and more ethical methods.
