An integrated workflow illustrating how SydLab™ One can support a healthy aging study end-to-end.
In collaboration with Nestlé Research & Development, Nagi Bioscience evaluated spermidine, a natural compound associated with healthy aging, across three independent experiments using the SydLab™ One platform. Caloric restriction (CR), a well-established intervention in aging research, served as a reference.
The study combined NAGI™ Biological Age phenotypic assessment, RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), and gene expression analysis into a single, integrated workflow to investigate the effects of healthy aging interventions.
Results demonstrated reproducible biological age measurements, consistent transcriptomic age-related patterns across experimental conditions, and pathway-level insights into the molecular responses to spermidine and caloric restriction.
Together, these findings highlight the potential of SydLab™ One to integrate phenotypic and transcriptomic data for healthy aging research and intervention discovery.
